Everardo Hegewisch, the chief trainer, is a world-renowned trainer, rider, horse broker, and course designer. His career, spanning over four decades, began in Mexico City in 1970.
His accomplishments include:
- Winning and being placed in the ribbons in many Grand Prixs throughout the years
- Taking part in the 1988 Seoul Summer Olympics in which the team was placed 16th
- Training the team for Pan American Games and Olympics trials
- Competing in the World Cup Las Vegas 2015
- Head Coach
- Chef d'Equipe and trainer for FEI North American Youth Championships (NAJYRC)
